![]() Prescott did not impress at all, but it is hard to place all the blame there. When greeted with that primetime showing, it is hard for that small sliver of optimism not to be shredded. Most people attempt to head into the season with a shred of optimism. Lacking is truly the only word to describe Sunday night’s efforts in what just might be a microscopic look into what is coming. Lack of speed at receiver, lack of time in the pocket, lack of experience just about everywhere, lack of discipline which leads to penalties. This offense is lacking, though, with or without Dak Prescott. This team got lucky last year with injuries, and it has whacked them in the face one week into the new season. Not even to mention the injury news of Connor McGovern and Jayron Kearse. What a cherry on top of a really sad night. That was even before Dak’s injury and the news that he would miss time. This offense is subjectively and objectively bad. Leighton Vander Esch also made a few nice plays, but this game lacked anything to grab onto and left holes of nothingness for most. Trevon Diggs had moments too, as did the whole defense. Micah Parsons, Tyler Smith, and Ezekiel Elliott all played well. we’ll shine a light on a few positives, although the list is short. Some squares give the player a chance to pick any question on the card. There are also Junior and Adult versions of the game. For a question like: “What animal do you visit first when you go to a zoo?”, who could tell you that you don’t want to visit the snakes? My brother was playing too, so we had a huge laugh at that one! For each answer you guess correctly, you move a space on the board. The players should be reminded to stay quiet when the answers are read, but that doesn’t always work. Loaded Questions is a new twist on the dictionary game and easy to learn. I will definitely be talking about this game for years to come. The laughs were contagious and long-lasting. My 14-year-old cousin was able to play and do as well the older family members.
